we all have moments when time just seems to drag on. The good news is that there are plenty of ways to make those moments of respite more meaningful (or at least more productive). To encourage you to experiment with eradicating boredom from your life,

Believe it or not, I am never bored. In fact, the word bored doesn’t even exist in my vocabulary—I can’t remember the last time I used it! I believe that overcoming boredom is a choice. By which I mean, you can choose remaining still. But also, you can choose doing something else, using your mind in creative new ways, never choosing boredom for yourself. The choice, you know, as always, is yours. So I can eliminate boredom by doing something else with my mind when it strikes.
